When we bought our home we ran into some issues with the seller pulling the house from the market during preliminary discussions. Before I even knew Trish called and informed me what was going on so we didn’t get our hearts broken. In the end, she was able to bring the sellers back to the table for discussions and we closed on our house.

I just want to give a shout out to Trish Vander Mooren! Trish is a Real Estate Broker who is absolutely incredible! I thought I would buy in Washington State. I was determined. Trish was as well. We looked at several options. Trish did NOT hesitate to advise if a house was a "HELL NO!" She is not about convincing you to buy a hunk of junk just to make her commission. While my job has taken me outside of Washington, where unfortunately Trish is not licensed, the mortgage company that gave our initial pre-approval IS and our file was transferred with ease! Trish and her team kept is informed trough  the buying process. We had a little hiccup with our loan which delayed our closing date a couple of days. We had brought some stuff with us to leave at our new home, unfortunately because of the delay we were unable to get the keys before we had to go back home to Alaska.
