Born and raised in Eastern Washington and a graduate of WSU, my husband and I moved to Lacey to start a family. We have four amazing children, twins away at UW (yes a house divided!) and two at home. Linda helped us buy our first home, and her expertise and dedication was extremely valuable! With her team, she helped educate us and they provided a lot of insight into the home buying process, guiding us through the steps so that it was understandable and we could feel confident in our decisions. Linda connected us with her a lender who setup the pre-approval process. She was very flexible with her schedule and set up numerous tours of houses across a wide area from Yelm to Shelton. Her knowledge of the market helped us avoid potential issues with one specific home and helped create a competitive and strategic offer. She made sure that we were comfortable and satisfied during closing and her post-sale support has been excellent. 

During the property tours, Linda would always be sure to point out the features we expressed interest in and warning signs, so it always felt like we were fully informed with each home we looked at. Her patience is remarkable, often we looked at homes until or even after sunset. She ensured we were able to view every home we were interested in within our price range, even though many homes would quickly going off the market. We had a great experience with finding our first home! Linda Daniels was our agent and she was phenomenal! She was intentional in getting to know us and the kind of home we were looking for. She found relevant potential homes and did all the work of setting up appointments for tours. She and her team kept us informed throughout the process from beginning to end.
