Eric does a great job informing and educating a new buyer like me about the ins and outs of what to look for in buying a home. Eric also has a great knowledge of the loan process and rates for loans and is up to date on all that information which is very useful and helpful during these times when loans and rates are changing nearly daily if not weekly. Eric has also used his research and investigative skills to rule out homes that I really wanted to have wanted but looked good on paper at first. Most importantly he has taken the time to educate me and talk to me about various aspects of what to look for and expect in the home buying process.   Still in process of looking for a home currently.  6/9/2023 - Matthew Hauser
