Charlie Grate is an outstanding real estate agent who supported us through every step of our transaction. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market and process, and his dedication really showed when challenges came up during closing. Despite some seller obstacles, Charlie worked tirelessly to ensure we closed on our target date. His communication, expertise, and commitment to getting the deal done were invaluable. Charlie truly went above and beyond to help me and my family with a complex sale from out of state, which included a great deal of work to prepare the property. I literally don't know what we would have done without him, and I almost don't want to say everything he did because I don't want him to have to work like that every time! 

He is a VERY honest person, which saved us more than once, and I appreciated his kind heart throughout the process. He's also a very hard worker who can do almost anything to get the job done with lots of local connections and good ideas.
