Charlie truly went above and beyond to help me and my family with a complex sale from out of state, which included a great deal of work to prepare the property. I literally don't know what we would have done without him, and I almost don't want to say everything he did because I don't want him to have to work like that every time! 

He is a VERY honest person, which saved us more than once, and I appreciated his kind heart throughout the process.
