Hillary is resourceful, knowledgeable, and patient. She is a negotiator and will work hard to get you the home you want. Hillary went above and beyond my expectations! She knew the area which was great because we were moving here from another state. She used her great negotiation skills to have a temporary wall removed. She helped us navigate the appraisal process when contractors fell short. She communicated everything every step of the way. We wouldn’t have our dream house if it wasn’t for her. You can tell she really cares about what she does and she doesn’t take it lightly. Hillary was great to work with. We were able to tell her in detail what we wanted, what we didn’t want and she Heard that and applied it to our searches.
